I have lived at Forbes Place since the first block opened and couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. From the moment I showed interest in renting a property the staff at Dandara Living have been extremely helpful and are always very pleasant to deal with. All issues I have raised have been dealt with in a timely, professional manner and their service has been second to none.

I am very pleased I chose to live here. The studio flat is modern, beautiful, spacious, well-designed, elegantly-decorated and has a fantastic view. The Forbes Place development as a whole is a great place to live as it offers luxurious accommodation and excellent customer care. All the Dandara representatives in the Lettings Suite are always very polite, very pleasant, very caring and very helpful. The same also applies for all the other Dandara personnel I have met in Forbes Place in general (e.g. cleaning, DIY, construction).
Everything in the flat is functioning effectively and efficiently (the energy bills were a positive surprise!) and if I ever encounter any issues or have questions, the Dandara representatives always treat my issue with urgency and provide practical solutions.
Additionally, the fact that this development has been constructed with safe materials is very important to me.
Finally, the fact that these flats have been built in order to be rented makes me feel that I can stay here as long as I wish. In short, the flat is excellent, the whole development is excellent and all the Dandara Forbes Place personnel are excellent.

Having been a tenant now at Forbes Place for over 10 months, I can honestly say the facilities are fantastic and completely as described!
The quality of the apartments are exceptional, and the service provided by the Dandara Lettings team to you as a tenant is equally top class. They have not just created apartments to rent, but have created an atmosphere and environment that speaks ‘quality’. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Well, it’s almost a year since I moved into Forbes Place, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it. I consider my apartment to be ultra-modern with superb design and build quality. The location itself is ideal for me; it is far enough out of the city for me not to consider myself a city dweller, in fact overlooking the banks of the River Don as it does, it feels more like living out in the country. Local transport links are excellent, with regular bus and rail links into Aberdeen and beyond. The proximity of the airport also couldn’t be better for travel further afield.
It suited me that all extras are included at no extra cost […] the furniture is modern and contemporary, including comfortable sofa, large double bed, dining table and chairs, and coffee table and TV stand. Heat insulation is also superb, and frankly I rarely have the need to turn on my central heating, even in the winter months. Added bonuses are the free high-speed broadband, the excellent balcony, the maintained garden areas, and the secure underground car park and cycle storage facilities.
Safety generally is obviously paramount, and my apartment includes secure double glazing, modern locks, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and sprinkler system.
Finally, I must congratulate Dandara, and especially Lettings Manager Mandy and her team, Emma, Chloe, and James, for being on-site and available to answer any questions, provide help, and even to take deliveries of any item that may have been delivered here during my absence.
I certainly highly recommend it and have no regrets.
